JaDeraUSA Product Return Policy
JaDeraUSA.com will accept returns on UNOPENED products for up to 10 calendar days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping fee if any and a restocking fee of $7 for each individual item). We WILL NOT, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items.
If you are returning a damaged item you must include ALL original packaging, containers, contents, etc. or refund will be refused.
Since every individual has a different perception of what is and isn't effective, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with product results, taste, etc.
Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 10 days.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROPERLY INSURED. If your return is not insured properly and gets lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund.
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please contact us via e-mail at info@jaderausa and we will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund (not including original shipping fee if any and a restocking fee of $7 for each individual item) once the claims process is complete.
How do I return something?
Before returning a product, please contact us for a Return ID number and provide the following information:
1. Your order number
2. Your name
3. The product(s) being returned
4. Reason(s) for return
5. Daytime phone number
6. Your e-mail address
Jaderausa.com will issue you an Return ID number. You must write Return ID number on your invoice and include it in your return package. All shipments returned without a valid Return ID number will be refused.
